Having trouble with your acads? This site is all that you need.

Ever had one of those days in school where you go out of your classroom, go home and don't remember a damn thing about that day's lessons? Well, I did, and i'm pretty sure you did too. Everyone had those days (Not unless you're one super smart f*ck). When this happens to a student before (the 90s or earlier), usually, they would either say "fck this" and just proceed and go to sleep or they would open up their book and study that day's lessons that they didn't understand. But the problem is, most of the times, in harder lessons, books don't really help, even today. And the BIGGER PROBLEM is, if there's a quiz or test the next day or the next days and you haven't understand a damn thing that subject.

But alas! Because of the ever improving technology, a solution for most of students problems have been invented, presenting to you....

Khan Academy!

Khan Academy is a non-profit organization made by Sal Khan on 2006. Sal's goal is to provide free and quality education to the world. Khan Academy started out as a youtube channel by a single who made a tutorial video for his cousins, and one thing led to another and bam! Khan Academy is now one of the biggest educational educational youtube channel and one of the biggest education organization in the world, reaching more than 40 million students and had been used by more than 2 millions teachers in education their students. Sal started out as a one man team and now, he's running the organization together with specialists on different subject matters.

What's so good about Khan Academy compared to all the other youtube educational channels out there?

We perfectly know that there are about a hundreds educational channels in youtube but Khan Academy just stands out from all of them. He offers a simple way of teaching, like a chalk board style but instead of doing it in a real chalkboard, he uses what I think like a paint like application that works just like a real chalkboard. But what really differentiates this channel from the others is the way Sal explains the lessons. Even for complicated subjects, he explains it very well and understandable for students who are having trouble understanding it, and because of that, it has become the go-to channel for students who need to learn a lesson if they we rent able to understand it at school that day.

Khan Academy has almost all videos for all sorts of topics. He has a complete math lessons by grades, he also covers lots of science subjects such as chemistry, astronomy, biology, electrical engineering, etc. He also has lessons for economics, programming, arts and humanities. It's like a complete library of all the lessons you took from kindergarten to high school (and even some college). Another good thing about Khan Academy is that they have a site. Their site perfectly categorizes the lessons by subjects, he has all videos for them and even has an article version of them and almost all lessons contains exercises or tests after you've finished one. This is the link to his site and for his youtube channel.

Khan Academy's official site
There are already thousands of testimonials from a lot of people, make it students or teachers, about how Khan Academy has helped them get through school. I can also attest, Khan Academy has helped me understand complicated lessons in an ease, it's like he and my teacher are teaching two different lessons, it's much more easy to understand it with Sal.

But just a disclaimer, do not use Khan Academy as your sole source for learning. Even Sal said that do not constitute it for higher education. I say, it best fits for high school students but can also be used by college students. But for higher and deeper understanding, I recommend looking for a book, read it, understand it and do the exercises. Nonetheless, I still stand to the point that Khan Academy is the site you need to get through your acads, especially if you're still in high school. After class and you don't understand a lesson or you don't understand it enough, go and watch Sal's videos and watch your grades go up up and away!

Just before I end this article, I would like to let you know that Khan Academy has an offline application version for pc! I've just recently discovered it and it's great.

Here's the link to the download page: https://learningequality.org/ka-lite/

If you don't have phyton installed in your pc, it would ask you to do so before installing the app. And also, Khan Academy has a mobile app available on both android and apple users!

So, the next time you're having trouble in a class, you know here to go.
